
I have been a dedicated customer for many years, and want to thank you for continuing to provide excellent service through your employees at the North End lot. Once again I must give the very highest praise to Adam who always looks after my trailer. Not only is his workmanship exceptional, he always comes up with great solutions to problems and fixes them in the most economical way. Adam is always available to give advice and I consult him on any questions about RV safety that cross my mind. As a customer, this relieves a lot of the stress and worry about the care and operation of my trailer. I travel with the confidence that I have the best team behind me, and enjoy living in my trailer trouble free for close to five months every year. Your Service Manager Therron is very helpful in accommodating my service appointments to suite my schedule, and Murray in Parts will always find anything on my “wish list” and get it for me, however difficult that may be. Customer service is great, with the added convenience of having someone to safely park and unhitch when I arrive and hitch up and have the rig ready to drive off when ready to leave. In thanks for the continued excellent service, I recommend your business to all my RV friends and people that I have met on my travels.

I am writing to commend the treatment I received from your staff recently.
I have dealt with Mike Rosman RV over the years, including the purchase of a Bigfoot Camper and warranty work on my 5th Wheel and have always been pleased with the service, however, I think this small job deserved comment.
I needed to replace an RV electrical connection on my pickup. The part was not in stock.
After an exhaustive search of several catalogues, Murray climbed into my pickup and took a picture of the part needing replacement. The order was placed and the part arrived sometime later. I was phoned to say that the part had arrived and booked an appointment to have it installed. It was done in a very rapid and professional manner.

We live fulltime in our RV and have extended warranty for our unit. On August 4, 2011 in the morning I noticed the freezer had defrosted all the contents and the fridge part was not keeping the food cool. I contacted an RV dealer and was advised that the earliest they could come would be the following Tuesday (6 days later). I had out-of-town company and the heat was in the 30’s.
I decided to contact Mike Rosman RV in Vernon, BC and explained the situation to them. They advised they normally do not have the people to come on site but he would arrange to have someone come the following morning between 8/9 am to look at the situation. They came at 8:30 on Friday morning and found the problem, the cooling unit was not working. The chances of getting on that way was going to be slim but they said they would go back to the office and contact our extended warranty company to see what to do.
By 9:30 the service department from Mike Rosman RV contacted me and said they would be able to give me a new fridge and they had one in stock. The original fridge had problems since we purchased the RV and we have had to throw out contents from the freezer on two other occasions so you can imagine how pleased I was.
Because my husband was out of town and we had just purchased a new truck (the fifth wheel was not installed in the pickup) Mike Rosman offered to pick up the RV and take it to their shop to replace the fridge. They picked it up, replaced my fridge, and delivered it back to my site by 4 p.m. the same day.
When I got the phone call that it was back on my site I assumed I would have to set it all up, but no that was not the case. They had parked it in just about the exact same place as it was before, hooked up all the services, put the slides out and even turned on the air conditioner!
I was so pleased with the service that was provided Sheila that I think your readers need to know that there are people out there that will still go the extra mile.

I just got back from my holiday and I wanted to drop you guys a note to express my gratitude for the work you guys did in replacing my broken leaf spring. On Friday morning, April 11, I was traveling to Pritchard with my gooseneck horse trailer, loaded with two horses, and as I was heading down the hill into Vernon I realized I had no trailer brakes!
I stopped at your Vernon location, out by Swan Lake, and your wonderful staff immediately helped me. In just minutes they located the problem (a broken wire to the battery) and fixed it. Not only were they very helpful and accommodating, they did not charge me to fix the problem.
I offered to buy them "a beer after work" or lunch, but they refused. It was a pleasure to deal with such helpful people, who immediately solved my dilemma. Please thank the three workers who helped me get safely on my way.
I am sorry that I did not get their names, but I hope that you will be able to again thank them for me. For such a serious problem, it was nice to have such great people be willing to help at a moment's notice.
