Please read the following page carefully, as it contains the Terms and Conditions of Use that will govern your use of the Mike Rosman RV Auction and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mike Rosman RV Sales. Use of the Mike Rosman RV Sales web site auction at http://www.rosmanrv.com will be considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

How this auction works:

We will list all our dated inventory on our auction site
We will establish a Bid Closing Date.
You may make an offer as many times as you want until the closing date.
Item must be paid for in full within 10 days of the closing date and successful bid.

Types of bids - You may also make an offer for:

A straight purchase.
A trade and price difference
A subject to financing offer
(please contact our business department at Mike Rosman RV Sales for financing information).

Trades will be evaluated on a scale of 1-10
Trades must be exactly as stated by person making the offer.

Submitting a bid to Mike Rosman RV Sales does not automatically guarantee you will be
approved for any of the auctions hosted by Mike Rosman RV Sales.

Because public networks, such as the Internet, occasionally experience disruptions, Mike
Rosman RV Sales cannot guarantee its services will be available 100% of the time. Although
Mike Rosman RV Sales strives to provide the most reliable services possible, interruptions and
delays in service are unavoidable and Mike Rosman RV Sales disclaims any liability for
damages resulting from such problems.

Mike Rosman RV Sales reserves the right to cancel any scheduled auction at any time and for
any reason. Mike Rosman RV Sales will not be liable for any damages that result from such
cancellations.

If you are the successful bidder, you agree to pay the amount of your bid plus all applicable
taxes and charges in full within 10 days of winning the bid. Failure to make such payment
shall be deemed to be a breach of these Terms and Conditions and in addition to all other
rights and remedies Mike Rosman RV Sales may have under applicable law.

Auction Warranty

All New RV's will be covered under the Manufacturers Warranty.

All Pre-owned RV's will be covered by a 30 day Appliance and Power Train
Warranty.

All Sales are Final

All sales are final; placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges.

Mike Rosman RV Sales is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description or photography provided on this website or in Mike Rosman RV Sales’s bidding application. Due diligence to verify the condition and description of an item is the sole responsibility of the bidder/buyer prior to placing any bid on this website.

Payment and Collection

You will be notified by email or phone (whichever is named as your preference as provided by you) that you have make a successful bid. You are required to contact Mike Rosman RV Sales at (250) 545-1611 and make arrangements for either a deposit to hold your bid or fully payment.

Full payment is required within 10 days after the auction closes.

Mike Rosman RV Sales has the right to alter this agreement or these Terms and Conditions at any time. This may be done by updating the page you are looking at now. Please visit this page periodically in order to check the changes that may have been made to these Terms and Conditions, particularly before you participate in an auction. Every time you use this site, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as they exist at that time.
