I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team. Again you have gone over and above helping us last week with the battery replacement and setting our hitch. We did not realize how important it was to set the hitch properly and it made a huge difference towing the trailer home. Justin said it was like night and day, it tows perfectly now. Thank you and your team again, you are worth the drive to Vernon every time.

Thanks for the follow up and I was very impressed with the pick up yesterday as all your staff from Mike to Dean and Chaylee were very helpful. Lisa and I feel like we made the right choice to follow my friends advice to deal with your place for our RV purchase. Too bad it took so many years to actually purchase one. We are very satisfied and our truck seems to be towing it alright and we are looking forward to early next year for our first trip. Thanks again and I'm sure we will be back from time to time for necessary service etc.

I would like to thank Mike and all the staff for an excellent job. We bought a quality trailer on short notice and they provided excellent service in getting everything ready in a days time. Not only were they quick but also very thorough. There was nothing that missed their attention to detail. They made sure we were familiar with every aspect of our new trailer and got us out on time. I was very impressed at the professional level of service. For sure I would recommend Mike Rossman RV to anyone. I would say that i would buy one there again but I am sure this one will last a very long time.

"We did an extensive amount of research and shopping to make the decision on the trailer that was right for our family (length, construction, floor plan, etc.). After the decision was made that the Forest River, Northern Spirit 2342BH was the right unit for us, then came the next decision maker - the price. This lead us to Mike Rosman RV. While Vernon was quite a distance from our home in the Fraser Valley, the savings were worth it to travel to the Okanagan for the purchase ($5,000.00 to $7,000.00 less than what we were finding for the same unit around the Fraser Valley!). Once we made the connection with Mike Rosman RV, we were very pleased with the family style service that we received. The initial contacts were over the phone (again, as we live so far away) and despite that challenge, the staff did everything they could to make it work for us (thank you Eli and Selena!). And once we attended the dealership and met everyone in person, we were even more impressed. In particular, the shop was a great indicator of the kind of operation that Mike Rosman RV is; welcoming, super clean and organized. The in person experience was as good, if not better, than the initial "over the phone care" that we received. In the first month that we have now owned the Northern Spirit 2342BH, we have already been away for two weekends and are making many new family memories! Many thanks to everyone at Mike Rosman RV!"

"We were very happy with the service we received. Jeff was great to work with and kept us in the loop while waiting for our trailer. Jeff was easy to reach and answered all our calls to him. Some minor changes were taken care of promptly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Adam did a great job of the walk-through explaining everything thoroughly and answering any of our questions. Adam also advised us to some other options that we could add on which we agreed to and they were also done very promptly. Based on our dealings with this company, we would give them a 5 star rating. Great job to all the staff!"

"Mike Makin and the Rosman Team made the decision to go with them easy. We live on Vancouver Island and purchasing our new Bigfoot Trailer in early February meant bringing the unit home from Vernon in winter conditions, a major commitment on our part and not having previously dealt with Rosman RV there were a lot of unknowns. I will just say, "It was worth the trip and I would do it again in a heartbeat!". Mike had the purchase completely organized for my arrival and the service team made sure my truck was setup perfectly to pull the trailer home (through heavy icing and snow on the Coquihalla). It went so smoothly that I was able to leave Vancouver Island on the 5:15 am Ferry, travel to Vernon, complete the purchase and orientation, travel back through a snow storm and catch the 10:45 pm ferry home pulling the trailer. The orientation on my unit by the service staff was very thorough, not rushed at all (approx 2 hours) and second to none. A couple of minor items have come up since I brought the trailer home and again the staff at Rosman and Bigfoot have immediately dealt with them. All I can say is "Buy From These People" , if your experience is even remotely close to mine you won't regret it. Thank you Rosman"
